The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) held the third Regional Stakeholder discussion in a series focused on Organic Waste, Anaerobic Digestion, and Renewable Natural Gas. The third Roundtable focused on regional food waste collection networks from around North Central Texas, with presentations from Texas Christian University (TCU) and the City of Fort Worth. NCTCOG will conduct a regional study evaluating organic waste collection networks and opportunities to use food waste, biosolids, and other organics as feedstock for anaerobic digesters.
