PEER certifies electricity providers that improve power system performance while minimizing environmental impact.

Description:

The Performance Excellence in Electricity Renewal (PEER) is a certification system for electricity providers that focuses on the generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical power. Providers can choose from three projects – City, Campus, or Supply. The assessment covers four categories of Reliability and Resiliency, Energy Efficiency and Environment, Operational Effectives, and Customer Contribution. Certification requires that a provider achieves 210 out of 400 points.
