Parksmart

Parksmart is a certification program for new and existing parking facilities. The goal is to reduce environment impacts, increase energy efficiency, manage space efficiently, and encourage alternative transportation options. The certification assessment focuses on four categories: Management, Programs, Technology and Structure Design, and Innovation. New construction can be rated Bronze (110-134 points), Silver (135-159 points), or Gold (160+ points). Existing structures can achieve a rating of Pioneer (90+ points).
