The National Solar Schools Census highlights schools that have already adopted solar technology in an effort to promote the sharing of ideas and best practices with those schools currently seeking to adopt solar energy.
Description: 
The National Solar Schools Census is a comprehensive database of K-12 schools with installed solar capacity. The report includes findings on electricity generation, cost savings, educational opportunities, and financing.

The National Solar Schools Census was performed by The Solar Foundation, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to advancing solar energy use worldwide.  The report was supported in part by the U.S. Department of Energy's Sunshot Initiative's Solar Outreach Partnership.
