EPA- Texas Environmental Justice Collaborative Action Plan

The Texas Environmental Justice Collaborative Action Plan outlines five focus areas for environmental justice from the EPA. Each focus area addresses goals, proposed activities in a two-year period, and designated organizations to lead in the implementation of the strategies and activities listed. Users may apply this template to develop their own collaborative action plans at the municipal, regional, or state level.
